Running 25:01 [3]

Mum and i braved up and went out for a run. I didn't feel very pumped at all but i am glad i did it, i don't feel very fit lately. . . I wore new running shorts :) but i had a stitch like the whole time :( I feel good for doing it though

An alight class today. I was more focussed and worked super hard :)

My arms hurt! It was pretty painful, and my arms got shaky. It's annoying when we do lunges and squats because it hurts my knees. I'm not sure if i will be able to do that class every week!

It was a different girl taking it but she was good. she had good music i thought. I worked especially hard in the last one but for the rest i sort of felt like i was off in my own little Nicola world. . .

Orienteering race (Newcastle OY) 42:00 [3]

"Broken Back slopes"
Didn't start off so well because i forgot my shoes and had to use mum's which are way to small because she had miniature feet. And then i forgot to pick my map bag up after i had marked my map.
But then once i got started i was good. I didn't stuff up at all, the only thing that slowed me down was that i got tired. So i was pretty happy with it. :)
