Warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Got the ladders out and did some run-thru's and stuff.
Glen made me laugh, hehe :P

Orienteering ("Walka Water Works") 50:00 [3]

Loops
Sally-Anne and I sort of did these together.
We did course C first as a map memory like on Friday.
Then we did course A. We raced each other going opposite ways around the course.
We then did course B. On this one we thought we would just go around the course at an alright pace. I tried to practicesimplifying and not looking at my map as much when i knew where i had to go,
And when we both got back from that we thought we would try and do what some of the other guys did. So we looked at the whole of course D before we went and then did it together without a map. It was heaps fun. The water was horrible though! I felt like i was going to be sick from the smell!!!!! oh and we helped mum out a bit with her photographing by doing a little action pose at the last control for her :P:P

Night Orienteering (SL3- Sydney UNI night-o) 39:41 [3] 5.0 km (7:56 / km)

So fun. I enjoyed it heaps. I m ade a little mistake where i was just in the wrong watercourse but i figured it out before all the other old people that were there with me, lol :) Other than that i found all my controls pretty good and i tried to push harder when i was just running on tracks and stuff :)

Oh and not sure if my time is right or not.

Orienteering ("Brokenback East") 30:00 [3]

Map Memory
Angus and i were paired up for this and i think we were like the only two people that found the track going to number 2 *high five* :P
It was good fun, i only had to look at the map on the last one, because i had forgotten my attackpoint. I kept on looking down at my control card because i think i automatically do that with my map :)

Orienteering ("Wattle Ponds Road") 20:57 [3]

Hogwarts Challenge
This was heaps fun, except i stuffed up the frist loop. Luckily Elly and i were both pink because we were like together for the whole loop after the second control i think it was.
The second loop was much better, except i might've been able to tag Angus but he waited untill i left the control circle first so i couldn't.

Great dive by AlexM at the end i must add. Just Unlucky :P

Orienteering ("The Farm") 37:33 [3]

Hageby style loops
We all started in a mass start and headed out on a loop. For my first loop i did 21:22, and for my second loop i did 16:11. I was pretty happy with them both, it was a really good exercise too i thought.

By now i was paranoid about leeches!!!!!!!!!!

Orienteering ("The Range") 34:50 [3]

Peg Relay
This was so hectic!!!! Everyone was pretty much pushing people out of the way to get pegs, it was crazy!. I only ended up getting 2 pegs, i should've just jumped over this watercourse, because i would've got anpther peg, and i fell into the watercourse on the was to the next one anyway. But it was fun :)

Night Orienteering 41:30 [3] 3.6 km (11:32 / km)

Night-o
This was good to do before the night champs, but stuffed up number 6. I found like 4 other controls around mine before i found the right one. And i lost a bit of time. And then when i was over in the other paddock i heard Gun Shots!!! I got pretty dam scared!
But i really enjoyed the section in the buildings :)

Orienteering (Mt Sugarloaf) 25:00 [3]

Contouring Exercise
Was so difficult!! I was always too high or too low and then i saw a control and it helped me get right again. I only punched or saw 10 of the 11 or 12 controls out there though.

Orienteering (Mt Sugarloaf) 40:00 [3]

Relocation Exercise
Michele and i were partners for this (Y) lol. It was heaps fun and i think i benefitted from it too. I accidently took us to control 13 when i was supposed to take us to 9, but the line looked like it went there so i have an excuse :P

Orienteering ("Livele's Bog") 56:52 [4] 3.7 km (15:22 / km)

Such a great way no finish the week!!! I had a 15minute leg and i'm pretty sure it was the easiest leg on the course. But from talking to other people on my course a fair few did the same thing as me so it made me feel a bit better. . .
