I had to get up early this morning to go and see the physio man. He told me that i had torn a muscle in my leg and because it is right near my bum everytime i change direction when running and stride it keeps on aggrevating it which is why it is still sore. After netball i have to cool it for 2minutes and then heat it for 5minutes and do that 3 times. I hope that makes it better! : )

We only had 7 players there to day so that meant everyone had to have a full game. That turned out a bad thing because another girl was also injured and one was sick.
The physio man told me not to go to hard when i was playing. My leg felt fune warming-up but as soon as i started sprinting or changing direction it started to get really painful again. It was hurting just as bad as before i went to the physio which was annoying.
And also i actually played the worst game ever eventhough i wasn't very mobile. We ended up losing too. Hopefully everyone (including me) will be back on track next week : )

I got my friend to do a warm uo with me because Physio man told me to warm it up and stretch it good.
He also told me to warm down and stretch at the end of my game but i sort of forgot and ended up stretching a bit in the car. I am a silly girl!! : )
