Running 25:00 [3]

First run back (again). Had been jogging up hills on my most recent walks because other than the jolt of going uphill it’s been feeling fine. Also went on a 2.5hr walk two days before and pulled up fine, so I thought a nice jog along the flat water in Port Macquarie would be ok. And it was!

So! I'm a little sore today but I think it all went well. Have more antibiotics and it’s just a bit of a waiting game now to see if it's successful (the procedure has about a 60% success rate, but that's still better than 50% right!) and I’ll go back in around 8 weeks.

Also had my second sinus post op appointment this morning and she was really pleased with how that's gone, so that's fab. She also suggested that if I have many more things go wrong one after the other again I should think about seeing an immunologist which was interesting. I guess she just thinks it gets to a point where it's not just bad luck and there may be something not quite right. But hopefully that won't be the case!

Wasn’t home and had to borrow some runners so it wasn’t the most comfy run, but I reeeeeeally wanted to get out for a jog - I’ve got one more (hopefully it’s the last...) operation tomorrow so I’m not sure how long it’ll be before I run again. Surprisingly felt alright!

With dad at Walka who just got told he has shin splints... a bit naughty but we walked a km and then jogged 5. So hot again!

Not a chance I was picking up weights after this morning but I joined for dads little core set.
