Played for Horatio :D
GD the whole game, but i enjoyed it heaps. The girl i played against was fast and had obviously played alot before, so I didn't feel quite so useless because there was more to do than just defend when she was shooting.

Street Orienteering 44:06 [3]

It was sooooo hot, and hilly. Rhiana, sally and I went out together and we stopped to either drink water, or run through water, or splash water over us at every chance we got. Heaps fun :)

First cycle class i'd been to in ages!
It was tough too. Enjoyed it. I just think the girl that took it talks a little bit too much :P

Street Orienteering 44:36 [3] 7.61 mi (5:52 / mi)

I thought it was still a 45 minute run, hence the fact that i did 44 minutes, which would've been awesome time management if i wasn't meant to go for an extra 15 minutes :P
It was pretty good, the heat didn't get to me as bad as usual. However my feet were hurting. Not good.

Netball 1:00:00 [3]

I filled in for horatio again. Played GK for the entire game which would usually be annoying, but i actually enjoyed myself heaps. I played better in the first half, but i love that i can jump for the rebounds without it being completely useless now :)
The bad part was that my feet started hurting, and i was hardly even running... :(

Played pretty bad too, which sucked because i was so excited about it.

Ran to the tennis courts picking up the key on the way so sally and i could play tennis for an hour before we had to set up for street-o. Started off good, but then by the end i had walked because my feet were bad...

1km first off, i did 3:57.
Then 10 X 200's on a 1:40 cycle. I had a two minute rest though after number 6 because i was feeling a little bad.
I feel so good now for doing it!! :D

Orienteering race (Camp Champs.) 1:02:48 [3]

Pretty happy with my run, even though i screwed up number 4. I took 13 minutes :S Was real tired by the end, it was such tough running, and was so hot!. Was a bit on edge after bun saw the snake at number 5 too :S

Orienteering (Honeysuckle) 1:30:00 [3]

First activity was with attackpoints. I was so glad it went alright, i was not very confident, i don't think i've ever had a run at honeysuckle without making an absolute horrible mistake!
Next were three little loops. First one was good, i started to get a bit tired after that though. Stuffed up a control on the second one real bad.
Still happy with the day though, i gained confidence from it :)

Orienteering 1:30:00 [3]

Shea and i were paired up for the relocation exercise. It was good, she runs faster than me in the bush i think. Pretty happy with the relocating too.
Compass exercise worried me, ALOT! I found it good though, my compas work was great, got all the controls fine :D

Swimming 45:00 [3]

Kind of reinforced how scrawny my arms are, they ached a tad :P

The second ever 3km i've ever done, and it was raining! ha.
I was pretty exhausted by the end. not sure i'm all that happy with the time, but i spose it can only be improved..

Orienteering 25:00 [3]

I do not have a clue what my time was... but the navigation was ok. Just not the fitness. Got a bit of pain in my feet which i was absolutely bumbed about aswell because it hadn't happened in a while..

Strength + Conditioning (Pilates) 50:00 [3]

Gahh! It had been so long so i thought i should get out the old pilates dvd. and my goodness i could notice it had been ages!
