It was a stinking hot time of day to run but I had to fit it in between work and my post op appointment. I struggled, but I don't think quite as much as I anticipated I would which is nice!

Finished work earlier than I have for ages and felt like I had way too much free time without a jog. Went out for a casual one and ended up feeling ok and giving it a go for the last km. Got a new fastest km record - how good is being really irresponsible and getting a completely unnecessary new watch ;)

With Kristine at the bay. Started up Mt Tomaree (with a bit of a detour on the wrong track) and then finished with a bit along the water. By far the toughest climb I've had in a run since I've been sick so it was taken very VERY slowly, but still, I made it up and I feel like that's a little win for me. Knew these op's would make me tougher ;) Super nice day. A tad too much sun but oh well. I should go here more often!

My legs were honestly still a little jelly from this morning but I had to run to celebrate officially finishing my degree WOooooooo! An easy 4km followed by a nice walk. Was an absolute mess of a semester so I'm pretty stoked to actually get through it.

Had my acupuncture appointment this morning to try to fix my immune system and get rid of all my nasties. Decided to try to listen to my body and have a day of not much. Good decision I think.

At Walka with dad. He’s nursing a bad calf so wanted to walk for 4 min jog for 1, ended up going that 15 or so times. I felt a bit doms-y but good. Ripper day!

Haven't played enough games of netball in the season to be able to play semi's (tear) so I squeezed in a quick jog before spectating duties. Had to fast all day for an MRI so I was a weird mix between lacking energy and really full because I had only just eaten. Took it really easy but felt ok. I really like that I feel so stoked even when I only run for 20minutes - that would've made me so cranky/sad a few months ago.

Challenging mum to at least 5minutes of strength for November. We have a box to tick and everything, I've never felt so competitive.

Had a friend that was eager to have someone to go to the gym with so I said yes, but then she said she wanted to go at 6am... it was good!
