Running (Around the streets.) 29:41 [3]

Mum and i went for a run to take some dvd's back. Went a different way on the way back so it was a bit longer. Was good fun :D

Park Orienteering ("Warabrook Wetlands") 33:23 [3] 4.4 km (7:35 / km)

I did the long course which i was glad i did. I had to stop at the road as soon as i went through the start triangle. But from then on the only thing that was slowing my down was me having to walk :$ and longer route choices. I really enjoyed it :) looking forward to next weeks!

It would've been an enjoyable game only we played that horrible team and they kept in yelling, and hurting us and intimidating the ref! That ruined the game....

ad took me for a ride around the back. We didn't know where we were for half of it. and we saw a red belly black snake. and i put my left foot in a puddle...twice. But other than that i guess it was alright.

I warmed up with Josh before and then mum and i went around and got some controls from a course (well we thought they were from the right course) lol

Orienteering ("Wattle Ponds Road") 40:00 [4]

I'm not really sure how long they all actually did take me but i think it's about right. I didn't do very well. I was pretty rusty and made mistakes. I did 4 courses. The first one and the fourth one were really the only ones i was happy about but i guess it was good fun to be back running in the bush again : )

Running (With Josh) 50:03 [3] 8.0 km (6:15 / km)

Josh took me for a run!!! :) I was worried before we started, but it was actually really good. My calf muscles were hurting at the start but then they warmed up a bit and they were better. He took me up a big looong hill and said i could either go normally up it and just keep going at the top or i could go faster up it and then get a mintue rest, so i couldn't pass down the rest. And after it i felt fresh again too :)

Street Orienteering 42:17 [3]

I don't know that i had such a great route choice today. I sort of went out and back in like a line so i only ended up getting 27. I felt alright running though so that was okk...

Touch Football race (State Cup!!) 2:30:00 [3]

We played 1 more round game and then headed in to the finals.

Game 4: Berkley Vale Panthers 4-0
After the rounds we ended up on the top of the ladder out of everyone so in the finals we just had to make our defense the most important thing.

Round 16 Game: Lower Blue Hunter, I don't know the score

Quarter Finals: Peninsula Piranahs, i don't know the score

Semi Finals: Wagga Wagga 6-3

Grand Final: Taren Point 7-2

We did about 20minutes warm up and 10 minutes warm down for every game, Usally in the rain just like yesterday.

Touch Football race (State cup!!!) 1:30:00 [4]

We played three games today:

Game 1: Macarthur Cougars 10-1

Game 2: Temora 11-0

Game 3: Forster Tuncurry 9-0

In game 2 one of the girls in our team dived to put the ball down to score a try and she broke her collar bone so we had to play the rest of the weekend with out her... However we did play heaps well so it was a good start to the weekend.

We did about 20minutes before each game warming up (usually in the rain) and then about 10minutes after the game cooling down (uaually in the rain too)...

Only a half hour class today but i still worked pretty hard. I didn't much like the girl that took the class which was annoying but oh well : )

We did an extra half hour training because we had to get ready for state cup on the weekend!
We did the usual practice stuff and also played a game against the 14boys again, only this time it was much closer :D

Was an alright game tonight, not the best and not the worst. I would've liked it to be a bit faster but oh well.

Was pretty much just relaxed today because it was so hot. They let us go in the big sprinkler :D was pretty fun

We played the 14's guys too, they beat us...

Street Orienteering 46:58 [3]

Not really sure on the time but i knew that i was real close to having another 10 points off. I got 390in the end becfause i was late.. I shouldn't have been but it was really hot and i wasn't coping too well, I dry-reached infront of this couple coming into the finish and i saw them later in the water in the beach, lol. I feel good for running though because i am pretty sure i wouldn't have otherwise : )

Well, Josh decided he would wake me up this morning at about 7:00 to take me for a run.....I said no at first but then i realized he wasn't going to go anywhere unless i went so i decided i better go. Was actually good running in the morning, mit was nice and cool and there were sprinklers on everywhere :D Josh looked like he was ice-scating at one point :O So in conclusion i liked the run even though i felt sick from heat and not having anything to drink when i was getting ready for school............ :D:D

Was pretty slow at the start and then it got quicker and ended up being 6-2 out way. Me and mum nearly scored a mother daughter try but no.......

Touch Football race 1:30:00 [4]

We had one game left untill the semis this morning.
Game 1: Wallsend 2-0 :D (they were the team coming second) I think our little team pep talk worked before the game, hehe! Though the game today was cut short because one of the girls hurt her neck and had to have the ambulance come. She had hurt it before the game and wanted to play instead of getting it rubbed,, so that probably wasn't a smart idea!

Semi!: 8-1 Team was happy with this win too :) and guess what!? I scored in this game!! :D:D lol

Grand final!!!!!: Wallsend 2-0 *YAY*!! last year we beat them the same score in the normal game and then they beat us in the final so we were determined to beat them,,, and we did!! :D Our defence was brilliant! We were so happy :D

Stretching felt good today, my muscles were a little stiff.

Note

I noriced when we were warming up today that i had a lump on my scar on my knee and i thought it was just a mossie bite but now i don't think it is anymore..... I don't know what it is! and i want it to go away because it looks gross, lol
