Made my way to the group training Paula has set up in Chatswood. A bit of a trek from work so not sure I’ll be able to quite make it each week, but I think it’ll be really good for me if I can!
Struggled through 2* 1xshort loop (62-72 seconds) 1x long loop (2.07-2.19). 30 seconds between loops, 3min between sets. Clearly very inconsistent and slowed down a lot, but this session had like 6+ more mins of effort of any session I’ve done in the last ~2 years which is huge for me!
