Running tempo 57:20 
15min jog, 2x 12min tempo with 2min between, jog home. Felt much the same as yesterday but it was an hour earlier so I was maybe even slightly less awake. The body just felt a bit fatigued all over, but I was pleased that I was able to push through it today! Ended up being a pretty alright session!
Headed to the blue mountains after uni today so not too sure how much running I'll be doing the next few days.
