Running warm up/down 35:00 
Ugh, very quickly realised in the warm up that it was going to be a tough morning. Legs were just super super tight and weren't really sparking up at all. 15min jog and some drills warm up, a few minutes walking (because I was gone) and then a jog home for the warm down.
Running intervals 25:00 
5x 4/1. It went as poorly as the warm up had me thinking it would. Had zero push, and even my arms and back we're feeling tired!? I think my core strength has deteriorated and I'm getting exhausted a lot sooner when I'm running maybe. Also have to make sure I stretch and roll more, every muscle was so tight! Got it done, but not chuffed at my pace...
