Slacked off on the warm down again, it's become a bad habit!

I SAW AN EMU! So cool! 9.3km with 6 controls in fast, open gully spur. Really enjoyed the first three but a few extra controls thrown in about then wouldn't have gone astray, don't quite understand it... a nice terrain change from yesterday though. Poor route choice decision to four and I lost more time than I should have by accidentally going wider than planned which meant I didn't end up saving much climb. Then lost concentration to five and was super hesitant and kept stopping way too early. Recovered ok on the last leg though thankfully, and relatively pleased at how my legs held up.
