Note

Advised to do another week of swimming and cycling and test with a run again next Tuesday to see how it's going. He did more dry needling in the back of my calf and some cupping which was super weird!

15 min warm up and down with 5x5/1 in the middle. Odds were standing evens seated. Never been to the Harbourside Forum before this, cool gym!

Strength + Conditioning 25:00 [3]

Then some strength, mostly core with the trx. Back to the physio this afternoon
