There were 3 maps with 4k, 4k and 2k sprint!
this kind of terrain is really technical because you have to work with a compass all the time, but you could not because it is steep and rocky!

I was confused on first CP, half way to the 1st CP, I stoped and start running to the 11, which was my last on that map!
close to it, I saw that the next one is 10 and finally realized my mistake, I came back to the 1st and lost ~5min.
I did one more 3-4 min mistake, just did not check my compass in a way out of CP.

the rest was fast and without big mistakes. I really enjoyed the navigation, which is giving me a confidence for the future and a signal that all my trainings are in a right direction :)

I went for my run at 1pm, it was +29, feels like +31 :( felt not as good as I was hoping :) I should get up earlier and run at 10!

My lowest weight for the last 3 years in Canada and I think since my big injury 5 years ago! My goal now is under 160! ;)
