NSW Long champs at Arthursleigh. After yesterday I was just going to take it steady and see how I felt. Was enjoyable terrain and easy running. Didn't think of running next to the river to 5, went a wider and hillier route. Started to tire around 6 and was tempted to cut to 10 and do the last loops, but kept going. Really hit the wall at 7 though and considered pulling out, but thought I'd get 8 and 9 at least. Ended up being too proud to quit and finished the course even though I walked most of the rest.
