Running warm up/down 35:00 [2]
shoes: Nike Air Alaris

Running race (Regional Cross Country) 23:20 [5] 5.78 km (4:02 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Alaris

Couldn't find my HRM in time before leaving this morning so I just left it at home. The sickness wasn't too amazingly awful. Was sitting in 5th 1st quarter and last quarter and was in 4th for the middle half for overall, but sat in 3rd the whole way for my age group. The race was combined 16's/17's/18's. So came 3rd and am off to state, wooh.
First lap took 11:25.21 for 2.94km
Second lap took 11:55.31 for 2.85km cause the finish line was back a bit from the start line where I took the lap time.
Lap was pretty much flat, slightly uphill for the first 600m or so then it slowly kept getting steeper for a while till it got real steep (for cross country) and that lasted 1.1ishkm then pretty much downhill for that far. Second Lap hurt a bit and I had to push it hard on the uphill in a hard effort not to slow down and let people catch me, although I had no idea how close anyone was just thought people would be catching cause it felt like I was slowing a lot and thought I could see shadows of people but it may have been just the shadows of trees... Now I've got to improve... and finish off an English Assignment... Gaahh, but that can wait till tomorrow cause its nearly sleep time now.

And Hugh Williams did it in about 19:30. He's been running freaky good though... talking to him, he told us about his 2:07 800m at training and his 15:47ish 5000m. So yeah I didn't really run near him the whole time...

Orienteering race (Sprint Champs) 16:29 [4] *** 2.9 km (5:41 / km)
ahr:173 max:188 shoes: Nike Air Alaris

Felt like I had to slow down to allow myself to navigate efficiently and without mistakes, it sort of worked.
Garmin Dist = 3.28km

Orienteering race (Intense Jules Training) 16:00 [5] *** 3.3 km (4:51 / km)
ahr:178 max:189 shoes: Nike Air Alaris

Won it to the first 3 controls but then that sorta stuffed me.
Garmin Dist = 3.66km

Note

Over the entirety of the weekend I got 16.5 hrs of driving down. Boo Ya!!
