Street O Wimbledon. Didnt have a good plan at the start so route wasn't the best, and gambled at the end and got it wrong. Legs felt decent though.

Shorter long run than planned - work happened so was late leaving, then L hip flexor was pretty sore and painful. Got to Eddington in an hour, stopped for a stretch then jogged straight home through the centre of town.

Post run rolling identified very tender and tight quad as the likely culprit.
