Trail run in woods above North Vancouver after visiting Arc HQ. Misestimated the arrival of darkness and slowness of the return trail so the last few km were a bit 'interesting'.

7hr downhill skiing Whistler/Blackcomb. Great fun and knackered afterwards, not that a run would really have fitted in anyway.

Longest 4hr recovery ever. Exploring Whistler, bit faffy and shorter than ideal but dark and snow and needing food.

Mt Somers Track (round). Just a fantastic last long run in NZ, alpine single-track all the way. Not that runnable at times but that just meant more time to enjoy the views. The +/-600m/4km extension to visit the summit didn't appeal much after 3+ hours already. (it looked brutal!).
