3hrs control hanging/collecting on Balmacara. Managed to run up the hill at the end - legs not totally wrecked any more.

KB Handicap. Definitely feeling like I was in appropriate shape. Cut it too fine for the start and went off a minute or so late. Did have a couple of brown vests to chase towards the end though. 22:47.
