HPSR as far as Blinkbonny then back with Gary from City. Not blowing out my backside like two weeks ago and made it an extra mile or so out the city.

Steady out east on the innocent railway. Back up the steps from the Sheeps Heid to test knee & lungs out on a decent climb. All good.

First Friday night hill run of the year - keeping it local with Craiglockhart and Blackford. Even managed to get lost (stuck in the bushes) climbing up Blackford.
Knee the best it's been on the descents of late, but still not 100%.
