Running (RR) 40:00 [2] 9.4 km (4:15 / km)
shoes: Asics GT2150 #5

Next AZ was too far away for the day before a marathon, so settled for a nostalgic trip round the RR.

Running (AZ) 31:00 [2] 7.0 km (4:26 / km)
shoes: Asics GT2150 #5

Missed a golden opportunity to get a street during a race, as there was a FWTN happening in close proximity to Back Dean. Wouldnt have been great tapering though. Up to the meadows from there and joined in with a couple of TT reps just to remind my legs what fast running is all about.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 17.3 km (4:03 / km)
shoes: Asics GT2150 #5

Out to Cramond for the FINAL A! avon grove, place and road complete the set. 1/26 done!
On the old railway so the pace was a bit more honest than last night.

Running (az) 1:40:00 [3] 19.5 km (5:08 / km)
shoes: Asics GT2150 #5

A fairly ponderous plod out to Cramond Avenel via Corstorphine Hill and then back via Avenue Villas and Avondale Place. Lungs still feel like I've burnt all the useful surface off.

Monday Oct 24, 2011 #

Running (AZ) 50:00 [3] 11.5 km (4:21 / km)
shoes: Asics GT2150 #5

Back to the AZ, 2x Auchinleck in Newhaven. Lungs still complaining so shorter run than planned.
