Post orienteering trip up the Old Man of Coniston, and a couple of other lumps on the way home. A very steep, rocky climb but great views from the top. Stopped for a few photo and nav breaks, was away for 2 hrs in total.

Pretty tired this morning, the duvet held me hostage for half an hour. That just meant that when I got out I had to run a bit faster than usual. What a shame.

Went out to do 6x1mile. Stopped after one. Didn't have my Garmin (it wouldnt turn on) but it felt slow. And getting slower. I don't like dropping out of sessions, but sometimes its the sensible thing to do.

Anyone fancy it on Thursday instead?
