Serious dump of snow overnight so the planned Pentlands excursion was downscaled to a return to the seat. This time with Tullster, Dan H, dc and a cameo by Ray Ward. Lots of snowball fights, crazy downhill running/skiing/sliding and some good climbs.

Planned O event was cancelled so took Tessa on a snowy tour of the Seat. SMASH we could call it. Pipers Walk, down the Dasses, up Nairns, Dunsapie Hill, Summit, down Dry Dam, a lap of the Bog and finished up Salisbury Crags.

Beautiful run up Ben Lomond with Tessa. Some pretty sketchy descending on hard frozen snow. Cracking views from the summit but it was too cold to hang around for long!

No intervals till Christmas but I couldnt skip trotter training. Went along and joined up with Stevie and Don for two easy laps of the meadows then joined in with the rest of the club for the last four hill reps.I couldnt resist.
