The standard "view from my kitchen window" route of Capelaw, Allermuir and Caerketton, starting and finishing in Dalry.

Running hills 1:40:00 [2] 17.0 km (5:53 / km) +800m 4:46 / km

Collecting controls from the Wan Day adventure race. Dropped off at the Howe, up East Kip then round the Skyline route over Hare hill and half way up Black hill. Then had to contour round to the track to pick up th efinal checkpoint. Dropped down to Glencorse reservoir and up the valley to Allermuir then finished at Swanston.
Legs felt unsurprisingly shocking to start with and tired by the end, but its good to be getting started again.

It feels wierd to be waking up and not having to get our the door for a morning jog - I moved to my current flat in December so the whole time I've lived here I've been training hard!
Will start some easy training next week, this week I'm just kicking back and relaxing for a feww days.
