Legs still feeling pretty shocking but decided to push on and do a session anyway. It was very hard work but worth doing, I hope!
5x (1000/400 off 60s/400 jog). Aiming for 3:06 + 68-70. Actually 3:07-10 & 70s but that's ok.
Big break between the second and third sets to watch Tessa (and other people) run the Meadows 5k.
