Intervals with Carol - a patrick prescribed workout. It was great to have someone similarly paced to do a workout with. Enjoyed the workout, and stomach held together till the end... not so great on the warm down, and once I got back.

Putting out mini flags for the WET. Unfortunately it started to mistily rain not long after everyone started (which made it hard to see, especially for those with glasses)... and it is possible my course was a bit on the brutal side, so when everything became even more slippery... that just made things worse. I think I had over 50% dnf.

Orienteering 1:14:25 [4] 6.7 km (11:06 / km)

Orienteering at Cypress falls. Two loops of the area to get the distance :) Made a mistake from 3-4 on the first loop, going too far down the hill towards the houses and trying to read the vegetation while ignoring the fact that I kept going slightly downhill. Other than that pretty smooth, and mostly right on top of the control with only some hesitations at vague spots / decision points. Possibly some non-optimal routes/lines will have to review my course.

Run from grouse to deep cove sometimes with Thomas and Jack, but mostly trailing behind by myself. The weather cleared up and it was a beautiful day!

Checking controls for the WET next week. Was pretty tired, and started to feel kinda lightheaded/weak so sat down for a bit and then walked around. Regained some strength near the end - but only counting part of the time I was out.
