Lommedalen rundt. Started out at a reasonable pace, but got a cramp in my rib area (like a stitch, but it's associated with my diaphragm and maybe something with the intercostals) when we hit more road stuff after the first few k on trails. It got better again when going uphill back on trails (maybe had eased off a bit pace wise) and didn't notice it much later on. Slowly passed a few people in the middle section of the race, and maybe later too (but hard to say since we started catching the earlier slightly slower heat, and those running more than one lap).
Nice mix of technical and non technical trails, connected together with a but too much running through neighborhoods. Lots of hills.
