Run back from Movatn with Ivar. Over barlingÄsen, then as you come down you turn left so you can stick to more small nicer undulating trails for longer. Must remember where all the little trails are (several other turns to remember).

Longer run home from work, started out up over vetakollen and then just tried to run on mostly small trails back until heading down the river.
