Fartlek - wind from west - figured it would be best to have it at my back at the finish. Beautiful day - 60F, but sunny. Did 12x 100 (double) stride fartleks - typically about 72 seconds, and repeated every even minute. Felt pretty good, but no idea how fast. However, the beauty of fartleks in that you are not tethered to metrics
