Long drive home but got in a ski afterwards, though the energy was kind of lacking. Arms are feeling tired, which is a nervous feeling in anticipation of the big race next weekend!!

Rushed skate ski in Harjavalta before going to teach Sport Psych. That was an incredibly flat trail. Then again, its an incredibly flat part of Finland.

6 x 3 minutes w/ 2 minute rest at 10.6 Attack. Except Racefox sort of gave up partway through and I got no more beeps and boops. Oh well.

Running intervals 1:10:00 [3] 14.58 km (4:48 / km)

6 x 1000m at the track. Starting at 3:55 and finishing at 3:30. Shape wasn't great, but achilles held up fairly well. Taking it careful, but optimistic.
