Nordic (classic) intervals 1:20:00 [4] 22.0 km (3:38 / km)
We decided to give classic intervals a try down at Goldbar, which was STUPID! The skating was probably really nice. Instead, we did classic and, being lazy, still had no kick. Like, less than zero kick.
5 x 6 minute intervals, almost exclusively double poling with a bit of herring bone. Sometimes I actually felt pretty strong though!
Remember how I said my back was janked? Yep, even more so now. I've got to do less double poling!
