Welp, headed off to Fast Trax training for some interval action. 15 x 2 minutes with 2 minutes jog at 10k pace. Slowly ramped up the 10k pace, though. Started out running 3:50, then it started to creep up and by the end ran at 3:20-ish pace. Pleased with how comfortable-esque that felt. The path we use is not exactly "flat" or "fast" so there's a lot of fluctuation that causes a bit of slowdown.
Crafted my race calendar for the next few months, hopefully my foot will allow me to hit them all. Nothing like racing yourself into shape!
