Ran around hanging/taking down controls of my poorly attended sprint.

Stuck in training purgatory, snow has fallen making running not very nice, not enough snow for skiing. Also I've got a slightly sore foot, and my initial paranoia is stress fracture. Taking it easy until... well, not really sure about that part.

Another nice easy run, see if that bruising on my foot goes away. Turns out you should wear X-talons twice a day for 10 days. Ouch!

Also played some indoor soccer in the evening, I was actually mildly pleased at my speed.

Post racing/training weekend. A good time to do another 3 week snippet of logging on attackpoint.... or however long before I get bored of doing it.

Hit the trails for a light jog to shake out the cobwebs from my flight. It was almost as warm here as it was in San Fran! In November! Crazygonuts! Pondered putting on a sprint next Sunday.
