Running intervals 1:00:00 [4]

Ran some intervals on the treadmill. Did 4 x 5 minuters uphill. Would have liked to do more, but had a school group meeting to get to. Lost track of time before hitting the gym while writing essays.

Barefoot run in the rain because I didn't get to do core and stretching after my first workout.

Ran for an hour and found some new trails. Its a little park to the south of Coventry. Not a very big area, but an interesting enough diversion to add to the loop and will probably be nice some 4 minuters or something, if I do a figure 8. Either way, I'm up to about an hour's run that's a) not an out-and-back and b) mostly not paved. Not bad. Not the river valley, but not bad.

Back to almost 100%, hit the gym and did some uphill intensity on the treadmill. 5 mins w/2 mins rest, 12kph at 4 incline, 5 inclince, 6, 7, 7, and then one at 13kph and 4 incline.

Felt the cough coming back during the 7s, so opted out of the last few of the pyramid. Felt pretty good, though, considering, I could definitely do those either steeper or faster.

Not quite over the cold just yet, still coughing up a lung every couple of minutes. But, explored some new trails, out and back loop of 55 minutes so far almost exclusively off pavement! Yay! Turned around when I came to a dead end, but the other side of the creek keeps going, so there's potential to be had.
