RIT - Sprint

The maps variances from ISSOM and unmapped or mis-mapped features was a tad distracting. Home field advantage helped some with this to anticipate obstacles where the map was suspect. Ended up hurting me at the last long leg to 14, planned to take the lower path but rerouted in the middle and then thought I know where this is and ran to the wrong building. Nice sprint, route simple enough but still having to to check everything along the way. Even then, in sprint and urban especially the best option is to find a safe easy route and execute.

If you're looking for the distance
PtP: 2.55k
Real: 2.85k
The shortest legal route according to the map and my memory of the missed gardens.

RIT - Score-O

From the start I went 10-6-23-11-13-18-22-4-3 and saw Will right on my heels. Then I went from 3-21 cutting between the tennis courts -5-20 skipping 9. I started out thinking I would just go to the ones I found interesting, but then mid course I saw how much time was left and decided I should get them all. At the end I ran through the finish and pick up 9 and returned only to find I had forgotten about 14 so out and back to get that.

After 20 I was right behind Will and only lost sight of him after he punched 24 and returned toward the stairs. We went 20-8-7-2 and then he went 12-16-24 so I followed thinking he might have spotted something I didn't that you needed to get 12 first so I was surprised when I saw him coming back towards the stairs after he got 24. Then end was 16-19-1-17-past F-9-F-14-F.

Amusing at the end of the meet some cosplayers asked me how to get to one of the buildings by number. I had forgotten by now usually referring to buildings by their department except for the ones I most frequented for shorthand. Then they said they had a map (I like how The Sentinel is misplaced there) and I was able to quickly see they made a 180 error on The Quarter Mile and then rattled off a few landmarks along the way and some attackpoints and catching features.
