Orienteering (Belfast Day 2) 2:08:35 [3] 12.67 km (10:09 / km) +265m 9:11 / km

Felt even worse than yesterday. I didn't hit one control well. Mistakes at all of them. I just wasn't focusing and kept loosing contact with the map. Estimated about 20+ min on basic mistakes. Very disappointed. I ran the last 1hr30 with insane blisters which didn't make focusing any easier. So basically not the best orienteering weekend.

My left hip felt really uncomfortable.
