Running warm up/down 5:00 [1]

Orienteering race 17:58 [5] 2.5 km (7:11 / km)

My first sprint race of the year:) it was at the Fountains in Pretoria. I won the women's course. it felt quite tough, I felt tired from control 4. I had a couple of hesitations mainly because I was trying to not look at the map while I was running cause I didn't want to twist my ankle. It was a area I've never been to before so that was awesome:)

Easy run. My hips were feeling a bit tender after the track session so I took it really easy.

Early morning training with Sarah:) we did a pyramid 100-200-300-400-300-200-100. I suffered, I'm so so unfit. I just made it to my lecture at 8:)

A really easy session. I was a bit disappointed cause I wanted to go hard, but was helping one of the new ppl with the exercises, so I had to take it slow with her.

Not sure of my time exactly cause I stopped my watch by mistake. I worked the uphills but took the downhills at an easy pace, my ankle still hurts a bit if i run too fast.
