Training at the Wits track with Jess, Brad and Sarah.
We did 3 x 900m (150m hard, 100m easy, ... )
I felt good on the first one, but suffered on the last. I need to get my fitness back up there.

This course was insane- 23 controls in 2.3km. I was ranked 6 so started quite late. I had fun and didn't have any major errors, just some hesitation and I had to stop quite a bit to read the map. I came 4th overall :) and was the first south african. Overall I came 4th for the whole 5 day:) thanks to everyone who organized the events, it has been an amazing 5 days. So excited for the next Big Five in 2014:)
