Note

Pete Huck has dropped out of the Barrow team for the national 6 stage road relays on Saturday. I've just been given his place.
Calves are sore but my glutes are almost back to being fully functional.
I might have to rest completely before the race.

Nope. Decided to just do some stretching. Calf quite sore but sore in a general region rather than a specific point. Taking that as a positive.
