Bigland. 8.7km 410m.
Started quite well and felt okay. I was in 2nd place at control 9. Then we went out into the boring physical stuff and I faded really badly. I eventually finished 13 minutes behind Jonny.
No major errors, bit of a wobbly route to 18 which maybe cost 20s but nothing else more than 10s I think. Apart from stopping for a dump before 23. Lovely.

So. Nav is okay. Speed and control in terrain are okay. Endurance is severely lacking.
At least I can count from 1 to 2 :)
