Haven't let my leg recover. Need to ease off for at least a couple of days - probably more.

Leg is quite sore.
Got out for the "Ron Hill prescribed daily minimum" mile.
Eased off a little after a couple of minutes. Not up to doing much though.

Intervals/small hill reps with Carl up Green Bank and Belmount.
Leg was too sore to do many. Ran 4 quite hard then jogged the rest while Carl kept pushing on.

BCR Social. Pretty much the Lakeland Country Fair route (Torver - Old Man - Torver).
Nice and steady. Out for 1:36. Very windy, pretty wet and quite cold, but for some reason I really enjoyed it. Nav was left to me in the dark and fog. I think I accidentally found a better route down.

Up = 340m + 80m ascent
Down = 310m + 80m descent
8 ups, 7 downs, no rest.
Legs feeling good, feet a little sore.
