Grizedale with Ross. Bike is in good shape. Unfortunately that gave me too much confidence and I stacked it (my highest speed crash ever). Fortunately I landed on just about the softest ground you could hope to find so no harm done.

LOC Talent Squad training.
3x3 grid orienteering. Quick changes of direction and constant map contact.
Did roughly 10 different courses on the same grid.

Core exercises between each course while your partner was running.

Did a map memory course with Adam. He's gonna be good! It's hard to remember he's only 14 sometimes.

(injured) shoes: Saucony - Progrid Triumph 7

Joined the elite squad for a road run. Legs weren't quite ready for that so I hurt my hip flexor. Wish I'd slowed down but it's not so easy to do in a group on a circuit route.
