Around the 500m loop. Split into 200m, 140m and 160m, 30s rest between each and 4 mins rest after every 2 laps. 6 laps total.

Aim was to try to bring the knee up faster and keep good posture while running. I could feel the difference while running but near the end when i was tired i was struggling to keep good technique. Session was a bit fast but it was ok.
Problem in my lower left leg is back.
