Checking out Uppsala Sprint areas by doing a long sprint course. Was a little tired from yesterday so only jogged around.

Sprint intervals in Valsätra. Only girls were myself and Nelly today so we managed to have a good little fight between us. I was worried about how I felt on the warm up but after I got going it felt ok! Was a bit rusty on the orienteering side of things but loved sprinting! Need to do more of these trainings ;)

Not the speed or strength I was hoping for but I've been getting used to that recently...

Mistake at 1 and then struggled a lot without North Lines on the map...just wobbled and was not so aggressive.
Few more silly mistakes and annoying with some felled areas that weren't quite mapped, but there were some nice places along the way too.
