SM long B final.

No concentration today... wasn't really in the right frame of mind...started bad again with a mistake at 1 and a little at 2 and then a huge one at 3! I just had no idea/plan when I was in the green...
Went a bit better later although took some pretty bad route choices at times. Managed to push hard on the last few controls that were alongside the slope, so that was good to feel energetic still at the end.

Need to sort out these no mistakes before next weekend...

Feeling physically alright today...a little bit tired, but my muscles felt ok.

Swedish Champs Long qualification.
Big mistake at one and fluffed around on number 2...then I got into a bit of a better flow but just had a few small hesitations here and there.

Missed out on the final by 50sec and made a whopping 6min of mistakes :( Ya ya...always next weekend.

Ran skoljoggen with the kids at school. Wanted to run with the leaders and I was pushing the second place to catch the first person who was a few metres ahead, so was really fun to see the kids pushing! The first person was a girl in yr6! She was speedy!

No time for warm up or down as walked with students there and back.

Short one this morning after trying to sort out laundry etc. turns out you can't get in the room if you haven't booked a time, and if someone else has booked it you cant get in either...so yea, my washing was stuck in the laundry room from washing it last night... at least I have learnt my lesson now and won't do it again...

O intervals in Nåsten.

Stuck with the first group for the first one, then we missed them just before the second. So found a group with Moa and another girl and Ruairi and some others, so that was good :) Felt ok tonight and orienteering went well apart from the last interval...guess I was tired and the map was average there. Fun session!
