(rest day)

Birthday rest day today...plus my friends were here visiting so found it hard to find the time to run.

We went for about an 8km hike in Nåsten in the morning which was nice and guess was like a bit of training in a way ;)

Jog with my friends boyfriend Connor. We did a few loops of stadsskogen. Was a crisp/cold morning, but beautifully sunny out.

HR unusually high for my averages today? Was it just not working well or is it because it was in the morning and maybe I was tired? who knows? :P

Very unsuccessful O intervals today...

First one was ok, then the second one I fell on the way to the finish and landed on a stump which hit me right in the ribs! I got winded and was a bit panicked! Especially when running hard and then suddenly not being able to breath. Rib really hurt and I managed to catch the group.
Started the next interval, but I was distracted I think and made some mistakes alongside Johanna. Later lost Johanna and lost where I was...just did a total Lunsen mistake and didn't know what to do. Ended up just jogging back instead. Sort of felt like today wasn't my day anyway... :P
Felt bad as everyone was waiting for me and thought I had punctured my lungs or something! Oops... :/
