still feeling sick...no more vomiting...well hope not...
feel so weak and have just been sitting in front of the tv all day..this sucks...had to give work a miss today too... :S

So, I thought mum had food poisoning when she was throwing up all night on Thursday, but turns out it must be a bug, as I was throwing up ever since I finished work :(
I feel so horrible and weak...

summer series #3 at Frimley Park...didnt really want to race it, but was a bit faster than just running...was hard to find the little controls on the ground...foot hurt a bit at the end :S

STB stage 5 at The Sleeping Giant...felt alright this morning, just a bit tired...managed to make 3 mistakes on my course, which lost me quite a bit in the end :S

stage 6 at STB...had a pretty good run :) just a few silly route choices which i now look back on and realise i lost a bit of time on them...managed to end up 3rd overall which was surprising as greta did course 1 by accident and angela mp...sad for them to have something like that at the final race...:(
had a fun and very tiring wknd :D
