'Core' class, although perhaps it should have been called bums and tums....lots of glute and quad stuff and very advanced. Bit worried about pht but looked after it ok I think.
Volcano run with the hubby...major step in terms of hamstring and fitness (and mind!). Quite a lot of flat track on the way back, but slightly dying fitness-wise so was glad of it and able to hang in there! Woo.
