JPR with H. H/s ok. H wanted to go up Wallace Monument later on - tiny stride length but delayed pain in h/s by late afternoon. SIGH! At least I know now it's going uphill that's the problem.

L shoulder (deltoid) a bit twingey after gym, swim and 2 lots of orchestra in 3 days. Need to be careful!

Braved the treadmill for my 10 min WU - mostly walking but couldn't resist a wee joglette or two. Then arm, mat & h/s work.
