Faffing in the gym trying to find things to do that don't involve hip flexion and hence tightening the h/s tendon against the seat bone. Mat work and a few upper body weights.

Chatted to MeganM yesterday, a fellow high hamstring tendinopathy sufferer. Tried her one legged F/C suggestion - odd but def better than no legs!
At Almondell CATI. White first with H. Then 25mins walk that included 4x30 secs. Really not happy though - just more niggling a chronic issue??

That's it. Rock bottom. Can't go on like this any more, niggling it all the time. Resolved to stop trying to find ways of staying CV fit in the gym, walking etc.
Up to Gowan Hill, then Castle, to Albert halls and back. Snuck in 5x 30ish secs running on the flat bits. Bit sore on last couple but will see what happens.
