Canoeing on Derwent Water from Nichol End and then the obligatory huge scone :-) Glorious weather.

13 mins of arm cycling (smirk) but did it standing up so reckoned that was about 3 extra calories!! Plus some hardcore core, h/s, arm work etc.

Including 10 x 50m off 65 secs.
